Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Fairday Golf gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged due to manufacturing defects, not from normal wear and tear.

 

Refunds

Refunds apply only to new and unused items returned in original packaging. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
